I've been doing this long enough to know the schedule is a work of fiction and the call sheet is a work of hope.

My job is to make both of them true anyway. I started as a project manager at a creative agency, then moved to set, where the problems are bigger but at least you can see them.

I've worked with directors like Andreas Nilsson, Henry Scholfield, Rollo Jackson, Dan French, Romain Chassaing, Rodrigo Saavedra, and some you'll be hearing about soon. Most of them said they'd work with me again. I'm choosing to believe them.

My goal on every job is simple: on time, on budget, and nobody cries.

People say I keep the set calm. Even when the location cancels on the tech recce. When the lead actor loses a tooth.

When our 4x4 gets stuck crossing a river and the crew goes trail running to make sunrise.

Or when the client asks us to repaint the trees in the wide shot. Greener. With actual paint.

I stay calm. I even have fun. Because I've been there, I've done this a million times, and I know one thing: we're not saving the planet. We're making something good, and giving it everything we've got.
